Joey worked hand in hand with the plumber to clear the stormwater pit outlet using the high pressure jet, identify the cause of the blockage using the camera and instigate a process for the necessary repairs, sending photos and measurements of the pipe, the problem and likely resolution to a 3rd party re-lining company.
