Long Nguyen
They were not able to unblock the drain because they believe the pipe is busted. They were very helpful in writing a report of their findings so we can bring this to the council and request the tree be killed so the roots will stop blocking the drain. They were also reasonable in negotiating the price as they spent longer than expected there.
