My builder RJ Glossop - Trevor Glossop used John Byrne from Halls Head Plumbing and so far:- John has been back 7 times to try and fix the central vacuum system that he installed and that was turning on by itself at all hours, I said it has to be a wiring issue he replied "it's not the f****** wiring". Three months later of not using the vacuum and failed attempts to fix it he checked the wiring and found it was his wiring.

3 bathroom tap swivel sprouts have come off in my hand, the grub screws were sitting loose, rang John and he said he would try and get to mine in the next week, so I fixed them myself.

My indoor bbq has never worked from day one from when John commissioned it , he had trouble lighting it and said see how it goes. 2 months later I advised him it still wasn't working properly and he said that bbq is s*** and he has one and his never works and there is nothing he could do. Just recently I asked John if he could come and check the bbq and he said he would charge me for it. I hired another plumber who charged $110. The bbq flame was set too low and all 4 thermocouples were loose. I contacted John and told him and never heard back. I asked him to cover the $110 as the bbq wasnt commissioned properly and he said it was not his problem and it was working fine when he installed it.

Bathroom sink water leaked into the cupboard below and John said it was the benchtop guys fault for drilling the wrong size hole in the bench where the sink sits. He said the other 7 sinks are done the same, I asked if he could fix the other sinks and he said not until they leaked.
