I had a burst water pipe in my caravan and called up Jake. Answered first time, he was friendly and understanding of my situation. After sending some photos of the affected area, he kept me in the loop through text about what parts he may need to use and his arrival time. Having Jake around was easy going and he was prepared for anything. All round enjoyed his performance and pressence, would recommend this guy to everyone.
