We had this company install a en suite wet room for disabled use. There were specifications set by NDIS. From the first time we met for the quote to the end of the job they were rushed and somewhat incompetent. Short cuts were taken affecting the final quality of the job. The wall tiling is uneven. The floor tiling has insufficient fall leading to water flowing outside the shower area. There was a lack of knowledge regarding installation of a thermostatically controlled shower. I have no doubt had they been left to supply fittings we would have had lowest cheapest quality materials. Several return visits were made to rectify faults with varied success. They may be good at emergency plumbing callouts for blocked drains but i would not recommend for any job larger than that.
