Steve delivered all aspects as he promised. When I first called him about the job, he was upfront and honest. After we spoke he provided a quote and a date. On the day, he was able to come at the time as agreed and did a brilliant job of unblocking my shower drain as he was able to retrieve the item that was blocking the drain. After doing that he cleaned up the area as it was all wet from the commotion. Steve was very professional and reliable. I would definitely be calling on him for any further jobs and would recommend him to my friends and family.
